1) Introduction


"ACVS- DDR5 AMI : The fast single-ended AMI simulation" is the optimized solution for DDR5/LPDDR5x etc. memory bus ch. AMI analysis. Unlike conventional simulators, it contains various new technologies - SimX engine including causal impulse response transfer method, and the new DDR5 AMI solver(Multi-edge impulse response). ACVS - DDR5 AMI solution provide consistent and convenient flow for the AMI analysis by convenient and accurate channel configuration/setup/analysis environment. The goal of ACVS - DDR5 AMI solution is to provide accurate analysis results while overcoming the limitations of complex settings and long analysis times in channel AMI analysis.
